I start by saying thank you to the countless number of healthcare professionals and first responders out there that work tirelessly to save lives and put their lives on the line every day. I/we have seen and experienced many.
Whether it be a slice or prick from sharps, exposure to disease, or the unexpected and/or unpreventable scenario, the dangers are immense. I understand.
BUT…
To the healthcare professionals I say, “POLICE THE PROBLEM INDIVIDUALS IN YOUR RANKS. THE SYSTEM, IN COUNTLESS CASES WILL NOT. THE WELL-BEING AND LIVES OF CO-WORKERS AND PATIENTS DEPEND ON YOU.”
This should be a priority each and every day. Stop being “job scared”. Some things in the big picture are simply more important than a current job.

This post is only a short brief of some of the “minor details” of my “treatment”. There are other details throughout the stream about the malpractice and incompetence suffered by family and friends at the hands of local “doctors”. Most of these individuals are still “practicing” healthcare in this area to this day. The healthcare systems do not police their own. They protect guilty individuals out of fear for loss of reputation and do so with the assistance of the legal professionals.
There are many more pages with names, dates, facts, and medical records (compiled before changes could be made) to be release publicly at a later date! (After I’m With Jesus) unless Raptured before sleep.

THE TRUTH:

They told us All, the reason the valves “Had” to be replaced was due to extreme calcification on them.
LAB RESULTS: NO CALCIFICATION.
Down 50 pounds in 2 months and their records indicate NO WEIGHT LOSS
The lies just goes on and on.
They slap in a couple wrong size mechanical heart valves ETC.

After it had been determined a transplant was required and I qualified, I should have been put on disability at that time. (According to what I’ve been told by persons familiar with Social Security disability.) …?…
They gave papers to my “employer” saying return to work at a minimum of 7 days a week, 10 hours a day in 4 weeks. THIS WAS BEFORE THEY EVEN HACKED MY CHEST OPEN.
After my begging, they allowed a couple more weeks. I could barely walk etc. (They called it PUMP HEAD, as they laughed and joked about it). When the cardiologist was asked about the discharge diagnosis from the hospital and the many restrictions it placed upon me, he stated that he “didn’t give a damn about their diagnosis or the restrictions”.
No consideration for the destroyed joints or other symptoms which are well known in Rheumatic Heart Disease cases when handled by competent doctors. No consideration for the constant everyday cuts we got at work, in a bacterial and fungus filled environment of CNC cutting fluids that smelled like a combo of rotten eggs and dead critters. No consideration for the pain from Peripheral Vascular Disease. They claimed I have extreme COPD. Probably to cover the fact that I had been telling other #HealthNoCare workers for weeks that I was struggling to breath and dripping enough sweat every night to soak my clothes to the point of dripping in a matter of minutes after it started each night. No consideration for the breathing issues. They acted like it was a smoking issue only, ignoring ALL other related FACTS. “Just go to work”. That was impossible.

#AsIF There Was A Big Hurry All Of A Sudden.
After so many visits and “doctors” acting like I was just a whiner with anxiety issues, finally one wonderfully competent individual discovered the truth. Then the hospital decided I needed to be admitted through the emergency room. They said it would cause problems with my insurance but that it had to be done that way…. ??? Fifteen minutes later I was drugged out.
That was my last clear head until MUCH later after release. I do remember the visits at 3:00 & 4:00 in the morning to get me to sign papers for unexplained reasons. They “helped” me scratch an X on the papers because I couldn’t see clear enough to write. Not to mention the shaking.
With a history of waking in surgery, this is why they said they felt the need to “drug my brains out”. Drugs have never worked very well on me. With a factual history of needing large multiple doses to “get the job done” (usually), It takes alot to addle brain me. As I said, when waking up in surgery, I was capable of signing my name before they screamed “liquid Valium” a few times…
But to keep me addled for weeks unending ???
Why The Sudden Rush?
As I stated previously, I was working long hours every day and would have worked the evening they admitted me. This while going to multiple healthcare related appointments every day. No one would even take me out of work.
Even with no heartbeat I was still under God’s protection and strong willed enough to walk 2 hours down the road to a proper care institution…..Had I only realised the coming abuse I would suffer at their hands. Hindsight is 20/20…..
Why The Sudden Rush?

So they could make another 1/4 million dollars+ and saying “Good Luck, Praise and Pay Us” – You’re done, have a great day. Instead of sending me to a qualified transplant/heart facility, they chose to bandaid the problem. They later told my family and I that it would now be to risky to ever go back in or do more surgery. Get your ass to work but continue supporting our local system.

Not even a good patch job or bandaid for ONGOING DISEASE and known problematic issues, they sent me off saying “MAYBE THE LEAKS WOULD BE OK”. Instead of sending me to an actual #Heart transplant facility an hour or two down the road.
Thirty seconds is all it took one wonderful healthcare worker to notice I had NO HEARTBEAT when I WALKED in. (Having begged every day of the previous weeks for help. Telling them I was fighting to breath so hard that the sweat was pouring out of my entire body so bad every night that I couldn’t keep it wiped out of my eyes fast enough to see etc.)
THE MITRAL VALVE WAS FROZEN IN THE OPEN POSITION WITH 3 VALVES MALFUNCTIONING for starters.
I tried for years to get help ….
then
After an entire week of “doctor” appointments. Two and three per day, ALL OVER BUNCOMBE COUNTY. A DOZEN STETHOSCOPES AND NOT ONE OF THESE “DOCTORS” FIGURED OUT I HAD SLOSHING INSTEAD OF A HEARTBEAT.
NOT ONE OF THOSE “PROFESSIONALS” NOTICED OR MADE IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE TRUE INFORMATION TO DMV MEDICAL THROUGH THE YEARS OF BEGGING FOR PROPER CARE, DENYING WHAT WAS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF PUBLIC SAFETY!
I WAS REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED BY DMV MEDICAL DUE TO SUPPOSED “EPILEPSY” AND HAD TO “SCREAM MY BRAINS OUT” TO GET A REFERRAL TO A COMPETENT MEDICAL FACILITY TO FINALLY GET THAT “CORRECT” (?) DIAGNOSIS.
THIS AFTER ALMOST 20 YEARS OF TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY TO GET COMPETENT CARE IN ASHEVILLE, BUNCOMBE COUNTY FOR THE SAME COMPLAINTS, SYMPTOMS, AND ISSUES. NOW I KNOW THE SYMPTOMS ARE ALL KNOWN AS BEING FROM THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY RHEUMATIC FEVER AND RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE.
(With a doctor in Enka saying, “Oh it’s just anxiety, don’t argue”) – Dr. Ken (Had this moron not skewed the facts and placed his dumbass opinions in the health records to start, maybe things would have taken a better turn.) He is the one of the doctors they said “sue and we will help”. They told me that. I had not brought up legal action but when they heard how he handled things, they offered and told me I should.
I just kept trying to get help with my symptoms as health came and went and as I could afford. I always carried (and paid for) insurance. Never a lapse. Lots of good that did. They screwed me over also.
Apparently the “heart doctor” that kept questioning me (asking are you going to sue previous doctors? etc.) while I was in surgery under anesthesia, just about to undergo procedures and in the room while I was drugged, with numerous witnesses, he was more concerned about whether We would sue the previous doctors. Some of them offered to help sue if I wanted. I never brought the subject up to them to begin with. Doctors did.

Back at the ranch – local medicaid says go to local SS while local SS says go to medicaid. Back and forth. Back and forth. Exhausted and no longer able or had resources to continue – DENIED
Local “Medicaid” finally sent paperwork asking me to document property tax items from many years ago that had long since been resolved and that I should prove things that don’t exist, don’t exist and provide the very things I told them during their interrogation, I did not have. Like utility bills etc. (Since I no longer had a home)
We have never been so naive as to think you would not act as you have before to protect the region’s largest employers. No matter what. Right or WRONG. Innocent or GUILTY.
I personally have seen enough in my lifetime here in Buncombe to make me sick. You are a blight, a shame, and a disgrace to our entire region yet you still brandish your successes to justify your MANY failures about which you remain SILENT, hidden behind your lawyers and with our money.

The fact of ruined credit – items turned in to collections before my two week nightmare with them was over. Notices in the mail upon arrival. In reality, there should have been “nothing left uncovered” and with credits of overpayment. Funny how you don’t get a notice telling you that they owe you money as is the case here. I did go to one visit and they finally gave the credit back. Had I not set up a visit, I would never have known.
With many more details of the malpractice, incompetence, lies, and corruption on earlier posts. (Like the denial of my second opinion options by all involved) which I paid good money for but could not get. $$$ ?
They will blame my condition on THEIR refusal to provide rehab. MORE IN OTHER POSTS ON THE REHAB SCAMS AND SCHEDULING.
They and insurance couldn’t even tell me how much it would cost me or if it would be covered. We went to the initial visit and I must agree with those who helped me get in to their facility and that saw and heard what happened. It was a clown show. SERIOUSLY. With one person singing and dancing in the waiting area. We assumed it was someone on serious medication but it turns out she also claimed to be a doctor at the heart facility.
I’m absolutely sure they will now try to sell it as being all about my bad life choices like smoking and such. It’s NEVER their fault. LOOK IT UP. NOT ONE REPORT OF MISTAKES…?… Had I received real healthcare decades earlier, I’m positive my choices would have been influenced.
Stress Kills
I did not live the perfect sinless life. Did you? But as far as damaging my health, smoking was the worst self-induced thing I’ve done and I did not smoke as a child. This is when they said the damage from Rheumatic Fever occurred and they said they could tell it happened before puberty somehow. I have seen nothing in peer reviewed science that gives credence to the ability to determine that “fact”, but I don’t CLAIM to be a doctor.
In reality, the vaccines given to me in the 1960’s that the government finally admitted were causing rheumatic fever and other potentially fatal diseases, may have been what destroyed my heart, joints, and caused many other “problems”. Look it up. If you know me well, you know I will tell you the unvarnished truth with no sugarcoating.
We’ve seen so many family and friends abused and suffering from their malpractice, incompetence, and DOPED UP DOCTORS > (FACT).
I take comfort in the fact that so many others tell us they or those they know have suffered similar fates at their hands and that they know our words are true. I do not feel as alone.
